Mainair Flying School is the premier Microlight training school in the North West. Run by Chris Copple, we offer Microlight training at it's best and pride ourselves on our quality of instruction. Based at City Airport, Manchester (the oldest private aerodrome in the country), we offer training, trial flights, pleasure flights and ground school tuition as well as a number of other services.

Microlight flying is on the increase in the UK due to the ever advancing aircraft capabilities and the relatively low running costs of these aircraft. As a result training is much more affordable in comparison to other forms of flying and is much fun. At Mainair we have steadily grown to now having a fleet of modern aircraft. We also provide Ferry flights, test flying & maintainence, all to the highest standard.
